Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard post (untracked) shipping for products orders WorldWide!

All orders ship from our drajger.com facility in Poland. Orders will enter into processing 1-2 days after they have been placed and will ship as soon as they are ready.

You have the option within the checkout process to choose Express shipping via DHL, this is typical delivery in 1-4 days and the approximate delivery date is quoted. If the standard shipping option is chosen, your order will be delivered via your local national post.

We work as hard as possible to get your package dispatched within 2-3 business days, but please understand our products are made to order. In-stock products typically ship in 2 business days depending on production capacity, more complex orders for several designs kits on various materials can take anything from 2-10 days depending on the timing of the order and our production schedule.

drajger.com(SSD Maciej Janota) does not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipments leave daily at 2 pm. Any order changes or cancellations must be made prior to this time. If you have received a shipment notification, your order has already left!

 

The approximate national post shipping times are as follows:

UK and Europe: 3-7 business days

Germany: 2-5 business days

USA and Canada: 10+ business days*

Australia and New Zealand: 30+ business days!*

Asia and Far East: 10+ business days*

South Africa: even we don't know exacly :) Using the express courier service recommended.

 

International Shipping

We ship from Poland. The buyer is responsible for any applicable Duties and Taxes on international sales outside of the EU.

 

For all shipments quoted delivery times are estimates only, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please wait 14 days beyond our estimated delivery times before contacting us if your item has not been received.

Delivery timelines are given in business days. Deliveries are Monday-Friday, deliveries are not made on weekends or statutory holidays.

When your order ships, you will receive an email from drajger.com that includes the tracking information for your shipment. To ensure that you receive your Order Confirmation and shipping notification, please enter your email address carefully and accurately during checkout.
